I don't know the first thing about cutting hair. Sean had enough faith in me for the both of us ... and he was desperate ;) He has curls (romantic sigh) so his hair is forgiving - which is one reason I conceded :) So, for family home evening we plopped a kitchen chair in front of the bathroom mirror and I began snipping while tiny tendrils fell to the floor (that had JUST been thoroughly cleaned two days ago :) and Sean sat contently watching his hair become less curly and wild by the minute. It was our first home haircut together and I thought it only right to document the special occasion :)

That's funny, I still have hairs stuck to me from just barely finishing Ben's hair cut. It's been a year now that I've been doing it. We agreed that for the first year he would get every other hair cut done professionally, but that year is over and I don't feel like I'm any better. Oh well, he is always merciful. Good job Steph!
I used to cut Brandon's hair but he is getting to where it is really less and less and I am not about to prematurely make a balding man, bald. :)Now he just does it himself. Way to go on the haircut. You talented diva, you!
I too am SO grateful for my hubby's curly hair. How truly fogiving it is! It saves money too- Jeff needs his cut like every three weeks if we want to keep it the same length. :) Good job on the new adventure!
Man... I've always wanted curly hair. One time I asked my mom if she could make me have curly hair. She said, "Sure! I have a curling iron." I let her try it (what was I thinking?) and ended up looking just like Shirley Temple. It was lame.
I love the words "homemade haircut." Haha, that's pretty great. Woot woot for homemade haircuts (men are easy, boys are hard. Especially the little wiggly ones with blond hair...)!
That's awesome that he's got curly hair to be forgiving :) I was so intimidated the first couple of times of trying to give Greg his required military cut... but now it's just second nature to cut his hair every two weeks :) Now Chase.... for the time being just needs the clippers every 6 weeks :)
Dear Steph and Sean,
I have decided that you need to contact me because we have so much to catch up on. I have your blog bookmarked on mine, so, you know, it'd be kinda, sorta, maybe cool if you visited me once and a while. It's good to hear/see you again!
in response to your "business associates" question, I would say that some things are just better left unexplained... meaning I don't know. I hope you got to visit my other, and possibly cooler blog. Thanks for writing back to me though. Are you still in Rexburg?
